STEM Education Outreach 

SWENext and SWE Sisters and Brothers

SWENext

• A mentorship program for middle school girls focused on STEM Education and activities.

SWE Sisters and Brothers

• A mentorship program for high school juniors and seniors that focuses on college prep and leadership skills. 

Introduce a Girl to Engineering 

• An E-week event that introduces young girls to engineering through activities they can relate to their everyday lives. Previous activities have been simple wiring for making a lamp and chemical process for making slime.

Girl Scouts Day

• An all-day event that introduces young girl scouts to engineering through activities they can relate to their everyday lives. Previous activities have been building a tent for survival, egg drop test, and create your own lava lamp. This event serves a local Greensboro troop.
